It mainly has spaces for participants to record their notes and thoughts. It isn't worth $45, in my opinion, so I'm sending back the copies I bought. This is a 64 page workbook to accompany a 5 Dysfunctions workshop. While the books provide excellent value (I've probably bought 25 copies of 5 Dysfunctions over the years) this one doesn't.
This product will be used for team building and professional development to a group of 10 people. So far it has been a success.
